The following terms of use apply to the use of and purchases from High Impact Billboards website at www.highimpactbillboards.com. The terms "you", "your", "yours" and "Buyer" refer to the user/customer utilizing our website, phone orders, or retail location(s) to purchase services or merchandise ("Product") or to browse our website. The terms "we", "us", "our" and "Seller" refer to High Impact Billboards. Our offer to sell the Products to Buyer is expressly limited to Buyer's acceptance to these terms and conditions. Receipt of any form of Payment or Purchase Order constitutes Buyer's unqualified acceptance of these terms and conditions. Additional or different terms or conditions (oral or written) proposed by Buyer shall be void unless accepted in writing by Seller. Agents and sales representatives of Seller have no authority to make any representations not included herein.

Buyer assumes all liability for any damage that occurs on return shipment to Seller. Items must be packaged to withstand return shipment to Seller and Buyer assumes responsibility to verify that all items are secure and that damage will not occur.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Warranty on all High Impact Billboards products is 18 months and is replacement of part only for defects in materials and workmanship. No cash or compensation for labor will be given for defects in material and workmanship. Defective part must be returned in order for new part to be distributed.
OEM Part warranties are as listed by their respective manufactures. Warranties can change without notice. Some warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer by Buyer.
Modifying your product in any way, including the installation of parts sold on the High Impact Billboards website, MAY damage other components. High Impact Billboards is NOT responsible for any damage or premature wear to parts not purchased on the High Impact Billboards website, including but not limited to, stock components. These risks are considered common knowledge and may or may not be disclosed on each item description. The customer is solely responsible for researching the possible consequences of modifying a product PRIOR to purchase.
Shipping Policy
Most orders ship within 48 hours. If a product is backordered, then we will contact you with an estimated shipping date. If this date is unacceptable, then we may offer you an alternate item or issue a full refund to the original pay type.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsiblity of the buyer.
Special Order or Pre-Order Items are non-refundable.
Products marked as 'Free Shipping' apply to orders shipped to the United States only, unless otherwise noted. For shipping quotes to locations outside of the United States, please contact us. In the case of a return, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
In most cases, items shipped internationally must be brought into our warehouse for shipment outside the US. Once items are ordered to be brought into our warehouse(s) the item will be subject to any restocking fee charged by the prospective manufacturer. This fee may be in addition to charges outlined above. In the event of a cancellation or return, actual cost of shipping fees to our warehouse(s) will be deducted form the refund amount.

Errors on Our Website
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
Limitations and Exclusions
We reserve the right to change Product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance. We do not review or edit any portion of gift messages and disclaim all responsibility for their content. We disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy of any map or direction presented on our website.
If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Warranties for exported Products may vary or be null and void.
Payment Types We Accept Online
We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple products in a single order, and we'll accept one credit card and up to one Gift Card for each order.
We are unable to accept cash, checks, C.O.D. orders and wire transfers for any website purchases. If you would like to make a purchase using either cash or a check, please contact us.
Sales Tax Policy
We do business throughout the United States and accordingly collect sales and use tax as required by applicable law. Your confirmation of your order total will reflect the applicable state and local sales tax, if any. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order was shipped, delivered or picked up.
For any online purchase of a tax-exempt item during a sales tax holiday period, by completing the purchase, you certify that the item is being purchased for personal use only and you agree to assume liability for the applicable tax if the item is used for other than personal use.
Payment
Payment is to be made before shipment of the item(s). Wholesale accounts may be set up at the sole discretion of Seller and are OAC. If payment is not received, is charged back, is disputed or returned in any way the following will occur:
1) $50 per hour Seller paperwork preperation fee
2) Late charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month (eighteen percent (18%) per year) or the maximum legal rate, whichever is less, to unpaid invoices from the due date thereof.
3) 50% of balance Collections Fee by Seller
3) Collections and Legal Fees as charged by Collections Agency
Damaged, Defective, Incorrectly Shipped, and Missing Items
In the event that an item is missing from a shipment, Seller will ship the item utilizing the original shipping method that was selected by Buyer at the time of the original order.
In the event that an item is damaged or defective, Buyer must follow the return policy as indicated above. This includes obtaining an RMA# from Seller before returning the item. Replacement items will not be shipped until the defective item has been received by Seller and is inspected.
Replacement for damaged, defective, missing or incorrectly shipped items will be shipped via the original shipping method that was selected by Buyer at the time of the original order.
